At 15:18, two fire engines from Morecambe and Lancaster attended a fire at a domestic property on Oxford Street, Morecambe.
The fire was out on arrival of the fire service. Firefighters administered oxygen to two dogs affected by the incident and carried out checks to ensure the property was safe. Crews remained in attendance for approximately one hour and 30 minutes. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
