At 6:40pm on 21 September, three fire engines from Penwortham, Bamber Bridge and Preston, along with the aerial ladder platform from Hyndburn, attended a domestic building fire on Crownlee, Penwortham.
The fire involved the kitchen of the property. Crews used one hose reel and four breathing apparatus to bring the incident under control. Firefighters remained at the scene for approximately two hours and 40 minutes.
