Two fire engines from Burnley and Nelson attended a fire involving a tumble dryer in the kitchen of a domestic property on Rossendale Avenue, Burnley.
Firefighters used one hose reel, two breathing apparatus and a positive pressure ventilation fan to bring the fire under control and clear smoke from the property.
Crews were in attendance for just over two hours. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
