At 4:53pm on 21 September, two fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe attended a fire involving the kitchen of a domestic property on Norfolk Street, Lancaster.
Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, a ventilation unit and a gas monitor to extinguish the fire and bring the incident to a close. Firefighters remained at the scene for approximately three hours and 15 minutes.
