Kitchen fire in Preston

At 15:13, three fire engines from Leyland, Fulwood and Bamber Bridge attended a fire involving the kitchen of a domestic property on Grimshaw Street, Preston. Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera and a gas monitor to extinguish the fire and assist one casualty. Crews were in attendance for one hour and 25 minutes. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
