Outbuilding fire in Preston

This incident has been reduced to five fire engines while firefighters dampen down.
At its height, the response to this fire involved 10 fire engines, several special appliances, and the drone team. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used multiple hose reels and jets to extinguish the fire.
The fire affected an outbuilding at a commercial premises and involved hay, straw, and agricultural machinery. Five casualties received precautionary treatment at the incident for the effects of smoke inhalation.

Six fire engines from Fulwood, Preston, Bamber Bridge, Penwortham, Blackpool, and South Shore are in attendance at an outbuilding fire on Blackleach Lane in Preston.
