At 19:23 hours on 19th August 2025, two fire engines from Burnley and Hyndburn and an aerial ladder platform from Hyndburn attended a height rescue on the roof of a property on Landseer Close, Burnley. Crews used a rope pack, triple extension ladder and roof ladder to rescue a person from the rooftop and were at scene for around eighty minutes.
