At 15:34 hours on 10th January 2026, three fire engines from Ormskirk, Skelmersdale and Tarleton attended a residential building fire on Liverpool Road, South Burscough. Whilst in attendance, crews utilised two breathing apparatus and a positive pressure ventilation unit. Crews remained in attendance for approximately four hours.
