Road traffic collision in Blackburn.

At approximately 21:54 hours on 3rd May 2026, three fire engines from Hyndburn, Blackburn, and Darwen attended an incident at the junction of Devonport Road and Addison Street in Blackburn. The incident involved a road traffic collision between two vehicles. Firefighters used a hearth kit and crews were detained on scene for approximately fifty minutes.
