At 19:25 on Sunday 25th January 2026, two fire engines from Blackburn attended a road traffic collision involving two vehicles at Barbara Castle Way, Blackburn. Fire fighters used holmatro cutting equipment to rescue one casualty from a vehicle. Crews on scene for approximately twenty-five minutes.
