At 20:49 on September 18th, 2025, two fire engines from Fulwood and Preston were called to a road traffic collision on School Lane in Preston. Stabilization equipment was used to rescue on person from the vehicle and handed into the care of North West Ambulance Service. Crews were in attendance for about 30 minutes.
