At 03:21 on 12th March 2026, two fire engines from Preston and Longridge responded to a road traffic collision on Ward Green Lane, Ribchester. The collision involved one vehicle on its side. Two casualties were released from the vehicle by firefighters. Fire crews were on scene for thirty minutes.
