Road traffic collision in Up Holland

At 15:46 hours on 19th August 2025, two fire engines from Skelmersdale and Wigan stations attended a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Mill Lane, Up Holland. Firefighters used a trauma pack, small tools, reciprocating saw and hearth kit, and made the scene safe. Two casualties were conveyed to hospital via ambulance. Crews remained at the scene for around twenty-five minutes.
