At 15:50 on the 26th of March, two fire engines from Rawtenstall and Haslingden attended a rubbish fire on Blackburn Road in Rossendale. The fire involved discarded waste. Crews used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance approximately forty minutes.
