At 18:51 hours on 5th April 2025, fire engines from Carnforth and Bolton-le-Sands attended a fire on Arnhem Road, Carnforth. The fire involved a tumble dryer. Crews used one hose reel and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. Fire crews were detained for approximately thirty minutes.
