At 17:36 hours on 19th May 2025, three fire engines from Blackpool and Fleetwood attended a wasteland fire involving a vehicle. The fire had spread to the surrounding wasteland. Firefighters used one hose reel and beaters to extinguish the fire. Damping down of the surrounding area has been completed.
