At 19:06 hours on 20th August 2025, three fire engines from Bispham, Great Harwood and Preston, along with Preston’s water incident unit, attended an incident off Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde. One person and two dogs were rescued from the water by crews utilising swift water rescue, a sled and a short extension ladder.
