At 19:54 on 4 January 2026, two fire engines from Burnley attended an incident on Caernarvon Avenue, Burnley. The incident was a fire involving a wood burner within an outbuilding. Firefighters used one hose reel, positive pressure ventilation fan and lighting to bring the fire under control and were on scene for one hour.
