Several fire engines, an aerial ladder platform and a rope rescue unit from Carnforth, Lancaster, Morecambe and St Anne’s rescued a casualty from a tree on Highfield Road in Carnforth. Firefighters assisted ambulance crews in treating the casualty and were in attendance for approximately two hours and thirty minutes.
