At 20:08 on 25 May, one fire engine from Blackburn attended a skip fire on Cicely Lane, Blackburn. The incident involved one skip that was well alight when the crew arrived. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one main jet, and a triple extension ladder to extinguish the fire. The crew remained in attendance for approximately one and a half hours.
