Four fire engines from Longridge, Darwen and Penwortham, the boat from Preston, and the drone team, attended an incident on Ribchester Road in Clayton Le Dale.
Firefighters used a rescue sled and the boat as part of a water rescue.
Crews were on scene for approximately three hours.
