Job Details

The role involves development of comprehensive strategic plans, implementation, and operational support relating to (BA) and other forms of equipment for LFRS. It is essential to ensure that all systems, processes, and equipment‑related activities are robust, compliant, and consistently aligned with the organisation’s priorities.

The postholder will be expected to work independently, managing their own workload, priorities, and time effectively. They will also be required to make informed, evidence‑based decisions independently, ensuring that actions taken remain compliant with established standards, operational requirements, and organisational policies. This autonomy is critical to enabling timely and effective support across the BA and equipment function.
