We are looking for an Estates Project Manager to join our Property team, to manage the delivery of minor and major investment projects across the LFRS Estate in line with the Property and Estate and Asset Management Strategy, Corporate Strategic requirements and to meet the requirements of corporate governance, regulations, policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will need to have a construction or project management related degree , RICS and /or APM qualification, have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and must have experience of managing and delivering a programme of works with simultaneous construction projects.
