Applicants who are shortlisted will be invited to participate in the recruitment process detailed below. This process is designed to help us identify future leaders who can help us maintain our position as the top performing FRS in the country.
Recruitment Process
All communication will be managed through the iTrent online recruitment system, so please ensure your email address you provide is accurate and monitored regularly.
The process includes:
1. Application Form / Expression of Interest
2. Shortlisting (for external and internal candidates not currently in the SM talent pool)
3. Assessment Day which will include a command assessment (level 2)
4. Final Interview (which will include a presentation)
Substantive Station Managers and Talent Pool
Successful candidates will be considered for appointment to Substantive Station Manager posts, or the Station Manager Talent Pool, making them eligible for temporary acting-up positions.
