Supervisory Manager Talent Gateway – Crew Manager

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in being appointed to the role of Wholetime Crew Manager.

Applications are welcomed from:

• Internal, competent Wholetime Firefighters seeking promotion to Wholetime Crew Manager.

• Internal, competent On Call Firefighters, Crew Managers and Watch Managers wishing to be considered for appointment as a Wholetime Crew Manager.

• External, competent Wholetime Firefighters interested in joining Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service as a Wholetime Crew Manager.

High performing candidates who are successful through this process may also be springboarded into the Supervisory Watch Manager Talent Pool.

All applicants must hold a current Incident Command ICL1 qualification. Candidates who do not currently hold ICL1 must achieve this qualification by the interview stage of the process.

Successful candidates will be required to complete the Supervisory Manager Development Programme.

Where candidates are successful at the shortlisting stage, we will make reasonable efforts to allocate an interview date based on availability. However, if you are unavailable on all listed dates, an alternative interview date cannot be guaranteed.
