Firefighters from Clitheroe attended a fire in a field near a farm in Chaigley which involved a straw bedder machine. The fire was extinguished using one hose reel, breathing apparatus, a thermal imaging camera and a ceiling hook. Firefighters removed hay in order to dampen down and ensure the fire was properly extinguished. Crews were in attendance approximately one hour.
