Two fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe attended a fire involving a bin at a domestic property on St Mary’s Road in Heysham. Firefighters used one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire and clear the smoke. One casualty was treated by ambulance staff for smoke inhalation.
