At 18:02 on 18th December, two fire engines from Preston attended a domestic building fire on St Clares Avenue, Preston. The incident involved a cooker in the kitchen of a domestic property. Firefighters used one hose reel jet, two breathing apparatus, one positive pressure ventilation unit, and one reciprocating saw to extinguish the fire. One casualty received first aid. Crews were in attendance for one hour forty-five minutes.
