Two fire crews from Blackburn attended a fire at a house on Preston New Road in Blackburn. The fire involved the kitchen of the property however was out on arrival of firefighters. The property was smoke logged from the fire and crews used a fan to make the scene safe and a hose reel to damp down and ensure the fire was property out. Firefighters were in attendance around fifty minutes.
