At 10:47 on 8th June, two fire engines from Morecambe attended a fire in the open on Benson Avenue, Morecambe. The fire involved fencing at the rear of a garden, measuring approximately 20m in length. Firefighters used two hose reels and a thermal imaging camera to bring the fire under control. They remained in attendance for approximately fifty minutes.
