At 1.42pm, two fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn attended a fire involving fencing and trees on Railton Road, Blackburn.
The fire spread to an adjoining conservatory and house. Firefighters used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for approximately one hour and 10 minutes. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
