At 08:52, two fire engines from Blackburn attended a road traffic collision on Old Bank Lane, Blackburn. One casualty was already out of the vehicle upon the arrival of the fire service. Firefighters assisted in making the scene safe, working alongside the local council building surveyor, and used a thermal imaging camera, winch, and small tools. Fire crews were on scene for approximately three hours.
