Fire crews from Blackburn attended a waste fire on Hancock Street, Blackburn. A large amount of rubbish was on fire when they arrived and they extinguished the fire using a ceiling hook, a hose reel and the stinger fire engine. They were in attendance approximately thirty minutes.
