Salary:

Grade 8, Spinal Column Points 33–37, £44,075–£48,226

Working arrangements:

36.25 hours per week, with a flexitime scheme in operation

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our inclusive, values-driven public sector organisation, which has a strong organisational culture. You will work across a broad range of Human Resources activity, coaching and supporting managers to lead their people effectively and contribute to departmental goals and LFRS corporate objectives.

Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality policies and reports. Previous experience in Human Resources, including providing professional advice and guidance to line managers, is essential. Candidates must also be an Associate Member of the CIPD or hold an equivalent qualification.

The post holder may occasionally be required to attend meetings or events during evenings and weekends.
