We are looking for 2 Incident Information Assistants to join the team on a temporary basis for a period of up to 9 months to administer and manage the Incident Recording system and the data within it, supporting users and undertaking tasks relating to the administering and management of that system and associated data. The post holder will provide support to the Incident Information Officer and the wider Service in relation to the recording of incidents and the production of mandatory data returns to government. In addition, the post holder will respond appropriately to requests for incident related information from public authorities, commercial companies and members of the public, preparing reports as necessary. They will also work more widely with Information Governance team to resource and supply data for Subject Access requests and Freedom of Information Requests. Training and support will be given to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will have a methodical approach to problem solving and have the ability to work on their own initiative but also work as part of a team.
